General
These wolves live out in the grassy areas and hunt the many caribou that roam freely around. They are generally quite a welcoming pack, although there may be one or two bad eggs. Many of this pack are magical, able to slightly manipulate the power of earth.
Sleeping
They prefer to sleep in holes they dig in grounds so as to remain closer to the Earth. They have a deep connection to the Greenluba Plains that dates back for many generations.
Birth and Death
When a new pup is born, they migrate to the Stone Circle, a place not unlike Stonehenge that is located at the center of the Greenluba Plains. It is here that they make the Rite of Life to the pup, marking his/her entrance into the world and making it known to the ground that a new member to their group is welcome.
When a member dies, they also migrate to the Stone Circle, and bury the body under the ground whilst performing the Rite of Death- a ritual that is supposed to encourage the earth to take the body regardless of it's sins and accept it.
It is the magical wolf which performs these rituals as they have the most connection with the ground.
Diet and Food
When the pack members eat, they only kill what is necessary. It is part of their culture to respect all life and only take what is needed. Of course you get those greedy few, but they are dealt with by not being given a meal with the pack for a night.
These wolves often perform rituals of respect for the life on the Plains, and they will sometimes organise to go for days without eating meat so that the animals on the plains know that they don't have to live in fear for those few days. In times like this, the Terra wolves either eat the meat they have left over, or the magical members create small amounts of vegetation for them to eat. This is their version of Fasting.
Exploration
The Terra wolves often go on long journeys to other areas, sometimes to explore, and sometimes to seek the help of the other elements. They might be nature-loving, but they are also hardy and can endure changes in climate pretty well. They don't do so well in the fire region, which is why it is a good idea for them to take a water elemental along to help.
