The Bredin Sand Worm is notorious for its digusting breath and horrific manner of eating prey. Rather than having teeth for chewing, the Bredin Sand Worms store food in their mouths, which can only be described as "cage" like. Their mouths are full of fleshy fibres which atttach to prey, and they have 8 boney protrusions on the upper and lower jaw which form the "bars" of their cage-like jaws. Once they are trapped, prey cannot escape, and will starve to death or drown in sand, and once they are finally dead, they will rot in the creatures mouth until they are decomposed enough for their digestive systems to handle.
The areas in which these creatures live are distinctive in deserts due to the fact that they can only live in sand with has mixed with water, normally in some sort of natural spring.
At over 5ft long and 2ft in width, these creatures are one of the most dangerous creatures in the desert.
